OUR SUSTAINABILITY GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE
MISC’s Board of Directors (Board) sits at the apex of our sustainability governance structure and maintains strict oversight of the Group’s sustainability strategy
and performance to manage our economic, environmental and social risks and opportunities. The Board is supported by multiple levels of working committees and teams, with clear lines of reporting and accountability in place. The Corporate Sustainability department under the Group HSSE division provides strategic management of material sustainability matters including, but not limited to, the formulation of sustainability strategies, priorities, and targets.
