Statement from President and Group CEO
The MISC Group has undertaken various initiatives in recent years to enhance and strengthen MISC Group's framework for oversight of the Group's business ethics and conduct. The MISC Group Compliance and Ethics Programme, that is based on best international compliance standards, serves as the framework for enhancement and monitoring of good business ethics and encourages employees to conduct business operations with the highest integrity.

We aspire to conduct our business in an ethical, responsible, and transparent manner. Recognising the abovementioned values, we provide an avenue for all employees of MISC and members of the public to disclose any improper conduct within the business.
