"After working with the Charting Pro program and the individuals at MISA for almost two years, I wanted to send a message about how much my company and I value our current relationship and the service we have received. From the implementation to each special request, the staff of MISA has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

During our most recent special project, your staff worked with us to develop a specialized proposal writer program. This project is now used by our sales support staff and cuts the time to create a detailed proposal by several hours apiece. We could not be more pleased with the results....You helped us turn an idea to improve efficiency into a product that we could use." - Todd M. Lightfoot, Controller, EOMN

Can I create maps inside Charting Pro that meet OAAA Standards?
Yes! Charting Pro allows its users to create maps that meet the OAAA standards. You can identify the look and feel of each layer on the map, and have the ability to select the type, size and color of the symbols to be used when mapping. Our integrated mapping solution provides Charting Pro users with consistent high quality mapping that can be combined with third party data sources (demographics, store locations) to meet and exceed client's needs.

Can my billing schedules be different than my posting schedules?
Absolutely! Charting Pro allows you to set up your billing using either your posting schedules or a custom recurrence. This recurrence can easily be changed during the life of a Contract. Charting Pro allows you to set up multiple bill definitions on the same Contract to allow for any combination of billing schedules.

Can my data be converted into Charting Pro?
Our staff has successfully converted data from Access, dBase, FoxPro, SQL tables and Excel. Pre-loading your existing data into Charting Pro allows your staff to realize the benefits of Charting Pro immediately, while saving your company time and money.

I'd like to store copies of my contracts and lease agreements in Charting Pro, is this possible?

Of course! Charting Pro has an Attachments tab on every Site, Face, Contract, Subcontract, Lease and Design for users of our Multimedia module. Any file you wish to attach, from Word documents and Excel spreadsheets to PowerPoint presentations and audio files, can be included to any item in the system. Imagine the tremendous convenience and timesavings by having the Contract, Lease Agreement, Percentage Lease calculation spreadsheet or Past Due notices readily accessible to the people who need the information most.

Lease Revenue Report
The Lease Revenue report is just one example of how Charting Pro's extensive reporting system provides our users with key information at their fingertips. Users can determine how much revenue has been apportioned to each lease from a subcontract. Revenue being generated by leases during the specified time frame can be calculated and used to plan lease payments. To see a sample of this report, click here.

If you are not already using this report, you'll find your copy in the reports folder of Charting Pro version 1.0.0.1558. For assistance, contact MISA's client services.
