Toronto, Ontario - December 20th, 2006 - MISC, the leading provider of

Charting Pro Digital in the offices of Vauntcom Media Corporation.
With digital displays in various pro sports stadiums across Canada, Vauntcom
Media is MISC's first digital-specific client. "Vauntcom Media made

successfully manage our screen inventory through specified loop lengths,"

In addition to Inventory Management and Multimedia, Charting Pro Digital
will provide Vauntcom Media Corp. with the ability to:
- Associate multiple screens with specific sites;
- Specify loop lengths and assign to screens, determining minimum frequency;
- Chart, assigning slots to screens;
- Map Digital Media's availability;
- Create play lists automatically through scheduling;
- Provide clients with Proof of Performance;
- Plus much more.
