MISA UGM 2004 - A Roaring Success

Niagara Falls - October 6, 2004 - The ideas were flowing at the Falls as over 60 Charting Pro users collaborated and shared new ways of harnessing the power of Charting Pro.

Set in the invigorating surroundings of Niagara Falls, this year's User Group Meeting took place at the Renaissance Fallsview Hotel where users gained valuable insights during lively breakout sessions and took advantage of the opportunity to network with their peers from over 15 different outdoor companies. The combination proved to be a tremendous success.

"UGM 2004 was great. This was the second MISA User Group Meeting that I have attended and was definitely a good investment of my time," explains Linda Jones, MISA Implementation Training Specialist, Fairway Outdoor. "The 3-day meeting was very professional and well organized - the setting was terrific. I saw a lot of new things and enjoyed the interaction with my Fairway colleagues and other CPRO users. Great idea with the question cards - I liked the way Brent went through all of the questions with the group and provided answers and/or demonstrated using Charting Pro."

New to this year's event for all attendees was a valuable resource binder complete with "how-to" notes, sample reports and a few tips & tricks for each of the 10 topics covered.

"We are fortunate to work with so many enthusiastic and eager customers. They made this year's event the success that it was," explains Nancy Biglow, VP Marketing, MISA. "We look forward to building on this momentum to ensure our users are maximizing the return on their Charting Pro investment.
