Plano, TX - May 23, 2006 - Terion, Inc. and Market Information Services of America ("MISA") announced today that they have integrated the Terion FleetView 3® trailer tracking system with MISA's Satellite Automated Media Information software system ("SAMI"). The combination will provide the advertising industry with accurate, web-based truck and trailer audience measurement data - valuable information that has historically been required by advertisers for traditional media formats. Using FleetView 3, fleet operators can wirelessly track a truck or trailer's actual daily route in great detail. FleetView 3 stores the information throughout the day, and then transmits the GPS truck movement data each evening to MISA for analysis by SAMI's transit media module. The next morning, advertisers can access the audience performance data online for each advertising contract. There, they can also use drill down options to see mapping and proof of performance pictures for any specific posted truck or mobile billboard (http://sami.misa.com). "Terion has always strived to deliver creative new methods of generating greater Return on Investment for our transportation industry clients," said Terion president and CEO Ken Cranston. "The collaboration with MISA means we can present a very unique value proposition, both to new clients and to qualified existing clients. Bottom line, companies can convert trucking assets that cost them money into media assets that make them money." In many cases," Cranston concludes, "fleets can use this media revenue to pay for much-needed trailer tracking hardware and communications. Any way you look at it, it's a win-win situation." "Measured media creates the currency for paid media," indicates
Tom Harrison, VP of Proprietary Media Management for MISA. "Broadcast
and print media's fragmentation is out-of-home advertising's gain. Our
partnership with Terion provides a credible, cost-effective solution for
truck media audience measurement. Proprietary Truck Media creates opportunities
for indirect revenue for manufacturers and incremental revenue for retailers
with logistics capabilities. With Terion, we've developed a 'one-stop'
service for managing Proprietary Truck Media - and essentially created
an 'in-house' media enterprise for our clients." About Terion Inc. About MISA About SAMI
