Chicago, Illinois - July 20, 2005 - MISA, the leading provider of outdoor
IT solutions today announces the agreement with Pierce Hardy Outdoor (Eighty
Four, PA), a division of 84 Lumber, to implement Charting Pro's Inventory
Management, Multimedia and Financial modules.
Pierce Hardy Outdoor was recently formed to manage its growing number
of outdoor billboards, a handful of which are located on some of the 500
84 Lumber lots. With 350+ faces located primarily in the East and growing
to the West in Illinois, Texas & Nebraska, it was becoming increasingly
difficult to manually manage the data. Pierce Hardy was looking for a
system that would automate their daily tasks and help to deliver targeted
quality campaigns. MISA's Charting Pro delivered just that.
One central database will house Charting Pro and will be accessed by
two read-write users and several Sales and Financial staff. Overall objective:
ease-of-use. They're looking for one data set where they can easily:
- Find avails,
- Hold contracts for extension,
- Provide consistent reporting,
- Maintain financials and export to a custom Excel report,
- House electronic images for all locations,
- Deliver Proof of Performance, and more.
"We are all thankful to you MISA for making our work lives much
easier. We are looking forward to our partnership with you!" states
Sarah Angelo, Pierce Hardy Outdoor. "We look forward to Charting
Pro tracking all of our reports and be accurate and consistent. We are
also looking forward to a program that will help our sales staff in their
sales efforts and allow for accurate information at all times. The staff
will now be able to track what boards are open, lease expiration, cost
of the faces, etc."
MISA welcomes Pierce Hardy Outdoor as one of its newest Charting Pro
users.
