Upon successful completion of the IM Certification course, users will have a solid understanding of how different areas of Charting Pro interact with each other and affect other departments. Certified users will be able to evaluate current practices and use of the software within the organization to set up new markets as they come online.

The inaugural class of IM Certification will take place October 22-24, 2007, in St. Louis, MO. It will be a three-day instructor-led workshop.
